Our company was formed in 1999 and our focus has always been on delivering fantastic food and great service. Excitingly, in 2011, with the help of Luke Johnson, a well-known entrepreneur in the hospitality industry, Chris Mitchell, our Managing Director, purchased the company.
Chris is committed to making the company a success and most importantly developing the business in areas that he has a passion to succeed in.
We are a relatively small company, operating just over 40 restaurants, and that means that we are all lucky enough to get involved in all aspects of our business.
