Culture, family, foodie, fun, vibrant, energetic, different, driven to succeed, dedicated, responsible. When asked, a selection of our key stakeholders told us these words best describe us.
For us, partnership and relationships are the driving force of our business. This is all built on trust and understanding our clients’ cultures and values. Knowing that our foodies are part of two families, the Genuine family and their client family. The fact that they’re based day by day in a venue where our clients are based, they have direct access to our customers and will often form relationships separate to those that we hold. This means we, as their Genuine work family and support network have to work extra hard to engage them in our Genuine culture.
I passionately believe in three core elements that make sure our clients get the best service. They are food, people and fun. So that’s why our mantra of having ‘the best people, serving the best food, having the most fun’ is embedded in to all that we do.
We came up with some simple values, to help guide us and our foodies on our journey, which we live by. We tend to find that we work best with client partners whose values align, broadly speaking, with ours.
